On October 18th, Kent graduated from Airmen Leadership School
and as of December 1st, he is officially a Staff Sergeant!
ALS Graduation is a formal military ceremony to recognize 16 members (this was just how many people were in his class) for completing Airman Leadership School (ALS), which is a requirement for those Air Force members that made Staff Sergeant during the previous testing cycle.
